Bare Escentuals High Shine Eyecolor, Part Deux

A few weeks ago, I swatched samples of the new Bare Escentuals High Shine Eyecolor on my gimpy wrist for you. Since then, I have gotten my hands on all of the tubed colors and had some time to play.

I know these are shiny. I know that may scare you. Don't let it. I love these things.

You know those perfect pictures of models where their eyes are illuminated perfectly (because they have a huge light in their face when the photo was taken)? These shadows are like having perfect model lighting follow you around. On your eyes, anyway.

(Patina, Electric, Glisten, Bronzed, Frost, Moonshine - w/o primer and w/BE Primer)

I have gotten so many compliments from strangers about how bright/pretty/happy/sparkly/beautiful my eyes are when I wear these shadows. They couldn't be easier to apply. I use one of the BE primers first. Then I have been using two colors, one on the inside of my lid and one on the outer side of my lid. That's it. Plus mascara. No liner - it takes away from the immediate eye gleam/happy look. Although if you like a liner, I won't stand in your way.

My favorite combinations are Frost & Moonshine and Electric & Glisten. I recreated them for you in less than five minutes each. They are so easy to use and so, so pretty!

My one wish? That BE would make a gleaming, high shine BLACK. With little silver flecks. That would be dreamy. Please BE?

Have you tried these? What did you think?

I bought Patina. The others were sent for review. BE doesn't test on animals.
