Fall Scents: Juara Tiare Jasmine Perfume Oil

Now that fall is here, and while I really love my light floral favorite scent from this summer, it's time for a change. My new go-to scent is Tiare Jasmine Perfume Oil by Juara.

But first, a bit about Juara. Juara is a skin care company founded by four friends. Metta Murdaya, Yoshiko Roth, Jill Sung and Tami Chuang are four creative, culturally diverse young women with a follow-your-dream mentality. They shared a vision: to build a brand that combined their Western upbringing with their Asian ancestry and turn it into a passion for results-driven skincare. Together, they founded JUARA, an east-meets-west Indonesian line of treatments, reminiscent of the ancient spa experience, relevant to the savvy, conscientious person of today.

Juara had two signature scents, both of which are deliciously unique. I am loving the Tiare Jasmine, based on the Indonesian Tiare flower, which is coupled with Jasmine tea blossoms, magnolia, bamboo and vanilla. It mixes with your body chemistry to create a delicate musk that is light but still has a lush scent. This is one of those scents that everyone will ask about and you will be tempted to lie about, just so everyone won't copy your signature scent.

This light musk comes in a perfume oil (with roller ball applicator) that is perfect for everyday wear. It is 100% vegetarian and is alcohol-, paraben- and petroleum-free. This perfume is available online and in the DC area at Celedon Salon, and retails for $28.

I really like this. Check it out!
