VelvetBliss - beauty barIn my kitchen, I can’t cook. But in my shower, I can really whip up a mean souffle, thanks to Caress. The iconic bath and body brand recently launched a new collection of body washes, creams and bars (aka soap), including Caress Whipped Souffle Ultra Silkening Body Wash, which has given me an inviting reason to look forward to my morning shower.

    The heavenly Caress collection includes:

    • Silkening Body Wash – These sumptuous body washes tout triple silkening moisturizers combined with Silky Fragrance Infusion. Translation? They leave skin soft and smell amazing. They are available in Velvet Bliss (blackberry and vanilla essence), Daily Silk (white peach and silk blossom), Tahitian Renewal (pomegranate seeds and Tahitian palm milk), Cashmere Luxury (white orchid milk and warm vanilla), and Glowing Touch (shea cream spiked with subtle skin brighteners).

    • Whipped Souffle Ultra Silkening Body Wash - This isn’t your mother’s body wash! These luxurious whipped creams come in white peach and blackberry, and they couldn’t be more tempting if they tried (I wanted to eat them so badly). They impart the most moisture of the entire collection, so they’re perfect for those with dry skin.

    • Evenly Gorgeous Exfoliating Body Wash – Featuring burnt brown sugar and karite butter, this body wash offers gentle exfoliation while you wash, saving precious moments so you can sleep in a tad later.

    • Body Bar – If soap is more your style, try one of Caress’s lathering body bars, available in Evenly Gorgeous (exfoliating), Velvet Bliss (blackberry and vanilla) and Daily Silk (white peach).

Talk about luxury for less! All of these items cost less than $10 (most are under $5), and you can find them pretty much everywhere.

While all of these products make me want to draw out my shower time as long as possible (well, that and the fact that I’m usually half asleep until two cups of Joe in), the Caress blackberry cream Whipped Souffle was the ultimate winner in my book. Even though I recently purchased a replacement Bath & Body Works Coconut Lime Verbena shower gel (the perfect summer staple scent, by the way), I keep reaching for the Caress Whipped Souffle. The texture is unlike any body wash/cream I’ve ever tried before, and it leaves my skin feeling so smooth that I can’t help myself! When I run out of this large bottle, you can bet I’ll be buying more for years to come (a huge statement coming from a fickle beauty blogger like me).

Have you tried any of these Caress products? What did you think? Let me know in the comments!
