bareMinerals recently launched six new Big & Bright eyeliners that claim to make your eyes look bigger and brighter. Here's the skinny!
These liners were sent to me for the purposes of review.

(As swatched above: Espresso, Plum, Midnight, Chocolate, Charcoal & Intense Black)
Each one of the liners comes with a built in sharpener and smudger. Because these don't "lock in" after a few seconds, they are totally smudge-able and great for a simple smokey eye. These liners come off easily with makeup remover and I don't believe they are waterproof. If struggling to remove eyeliners makes you nuts, these are for you!
The actual color in these liners is maybe a little larger than a regular eye liner, but the difference is marginal. To my eye, I can't tell if these colors are blue-based, which would make the whites of your eyes appear brighter. The colors do go on very smoothly, without sticking or dragging.
Like almost every other eyeliner on earth, these do not stay on my inner rim (for my eyes). Since they are slightly larger, if you like to do a thick line on your eyes, this might make it a little easier. Out of the six colors, the one that stands out to me as something special is Espresso, which is a bronze-brown. The bronze in this is slightly reflective and makes blue eyes really pop. These retail for $14 and are available from Bare Escentuals online and in boutiques.
